Children and parents should plan to arrive for their teacher meeting at the appointed time and bring your school supplies, and all your forms, and of course your child! Forms include: birth certificate (unless you are a returning students- we have yours), dismissal form, getting-to-know-you form, signature/release form, directory form, and the physical form for VA schools. The front page of the form is completed and signed by parents. The back- doctor visit. Middle- shot record. The physical must not be more than 1 yr old. Please make appointments EARLY- as they get filled with all the schools and sports teams requiring physicals. Your child cannot start school without one!

9:00 am 2 1/2 yr old class- We’ll meet you in the church sanctuary for a PowerPoint of the school year, and then you will head to the classroom to meet the teacher and learn about how a typical day will go. Then you will finish up in the ‘big room’ where you will turn in forms. Plan for 1 hr.

10:00 am MWF morning 3’s- Meet in the sanctuary, see the PowerPoint with information for school year, then visit the classroom and teacher, ending with time in the big room to turn in paperwork. Plan for 1 hr of time at preschool.

11:00 am MWF morning 4’s- Meet in the sanctuary, see a PowerPoint- learn about carline, lunch bunch and all things ‘for 4’s’, then visit the classroom, and teacher, ending with time in the ‘big room’ to turn in all paperwork/tuition etc. Plan 1 hr at preschool.

1:00 pm MWF afternoon 4’s -Meet in the sanctuary, see a PowerPoint- learn about carline, lunch bunch and all things ‘for 4’s’, then visit the classroom, and teacher, ending with time in the ‘big room’ to turn in all paperwork/tuition etc. Plan 1 hr at preschool.

2:00 pm MWF afternoon 3’s - Meet in the sanctuary, see a PowerPoint of the school year and important information, visit with the teacher and the classroom, and finish in the ‘big room’ to submit paperwork and tuition for September.
