Registration takes place via our website at these times:

Currently enrolled students and their siblings register on January 27th, 2025 at 7 am via this website (www.hbcpk.com). Online registration will be open from 7-7:30 only. Registration checks in the amount of $165 would need to be received no later than end of day, Friday, Jan 24th, made payable to HBCPK with the child's name in the memo. Current families may also use Brightwheel to pay (we will pre-charge your account, and if you are not returning, please just drop us an email or a quick phone call, and we will remove the charge).

Alumni (this category is for siblings of formally enrolled/graduated students) are invited to register on January 27th, 2025 at 7:30 am. Alumni are not cousins or other relations, just siblings to the formally attending student. The online registration closes at 8:00 am. If current or alumni miss this online registration time, you must come to the office to fill out a paper form. Alumni must submit registration checks by January 24th, by 4pm. Check to HBCPK for $165 and the child’s name in the memo portion.

Church Members from Haymarket Baptist Church, with a membership of 1 year or longer may register January 27th at 7:30am until 8:00am with our alumni families.

New student families are welcome to complete a registration form on Friday, January 31st at 7am-7:30am. The online registration tab will appear on this website for that half-hour only. After that half-hour, all others interested in enrolling must come in to fill out a paper form or have one emailed to them. All registrations are processed in the order they are received. Registration fees must be submitted prior to registration for the registration to be valid, no later than 4 pm on January 30th. Payable to HBCPK in the amount of $165 per student and please include the child’s name in the memo portion of the check. You may leave a check during open house on January 25th at 10 am, and we will not cash that check until we get your child in on registration day.

If you miss this online registration period, you may come to the office to complete a paper registration form.

We consider each student in order of the time stamp recorded, the spaces available, and the choices you have selected as options. We will attempt to give everyone their first choice as long as it is available, then we will move on to your 2nd choice, etc. Registration is incomplete without a registration check for $165 per child. ALL Current students, alumni and church member potential students must turn in their registration check by January 24th, 2025.  You can pay early, and we will hold it until January 27th. Failure to turn in your fee will result in your child not being placed. The completed form plus the registration fee equals a completed registration.

New students must submit their registration fee by Thursday, January30th. You may send it by regular mail, using our PO Box 182 Haymarket, VA 20168 OR using our drop box under the 2nd window along the side of the building. We will not deposit your check until you have completed registration and have been given a spot. If we do not have a spot for you in an option you selected on your registration we will return or shred your check at your discretion, or save it and put you on a waitlist. You can feel free to leave your check made to HBCPK in the amount of $165 at Open House on January 25th at 10am.

FINANCIAL STANDING

Returning students must be in good financial standing to re-enroll. Any late fees, returned check fees, outstanding balances, or volunteer hours or payments, etc. must be clear in order to register for the next school year.
