Kathleen is married with several children and attends Park Valley Church, PVC Bible Study and MOPS program. She’s from Arlington, VA and is a graduate of Marymount University with a degree in Education. She is well-known at her past schools for outstanding classroom management, and a soft, gentle approach with the children. Her favorite Bible verse is I Corinthians 16:14 “Do everything in love”. In her free time she enjoys singing, photography, time with her family, and exercising. She believes that we can learn so much from the children- if we can see the joys of life through their eyes. Our sweet Owl class will be blessed with Mrs. McSpadden in charge of the ‘nest’!

We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, Colossians 1:9-11”. Your children are in for a 'bear-y' good year with the Bear Cubs class, Ms. Stone and puppet friend Bernie. She is excited to make a difference in your child’s learning and life experiences throughout the Kindergarten year!
